What the fee means

Fanful takes 2% when fans pay through the platform.

That fee applies to merch, memberships, lessons, class packs, and other fan payments processed through Fanful. Stripe or other payment-processing fees are separate.

Plan limits are about real infrastructure pressure.

The most important levers are fan records, outbound email, media storage, image/video delivery, and live/realtime activity.

What actually costs Fanful money

The limits follow the services that can meter up as artists grow.

Outbound email

Outbound campaigns and transactional sends can become a direct billable line item when Cloudflare Email Service sending is used, so lower plans cap annual sends before automated workflows scale up.

Audio, images, downloads, and generated assets create storage and request costs through R2 and Images, so plans include media allowances.

Text live rooms are mostly app traffic, but real video streaming is metered by stored and delivered minutes when Cloudflare Stream is used.
